Have you forgotten something
in our house?
We will be happy to check for you, whether your forgotten items have been found with us. To make our search easier, please describe the missing item exactly (colour, size, brand, etc.).
Please also state on which day you were at the Carolus Thermen and in which area you left your item.
You can collect your item from the reception desk free of charge. If you wish, we can send it by registered mail or – for larger items – as a parcel for a fee of 10 Euros. Please indicate directly, whether you would collect the item yourself.
