WITH THE
CAR

 

The Carolus Thermen are located in an environmental zone. Therefore you need a green environmental badge for your visit. You can find more information here.

 

The best way to reach the Carolus Thermen Bad Aachen is via the motorway exit “Aachen Zentrum/Würselen”. Turn onto Krefelder Straße and follow the signs to the Carolus Thermen.

 

ATTENTION: The approach via Grüner Weg is not possible until further notice, due to a full closure caused by construction work.

 

Once you have reached Passstraße, you will reach the entrance to the multi-storey car park after about 200 m. For a flat rate of € 6.00, you can park your car for the entire duration of your stay and enter the Carolus Thermen dry feet.

BUS
& TRAIN

You can reach the Carolus Thermen Bad Aachen directly by bus with the ASEAG bus lines 34 and 51, which depart from Aachen Bushof and arrive at the bus stop “Carolus Thermen/Ungarnplatz (Carolus Thermen)”. From here it is only a few metres to the entrance of the Carolus Thermen.

 

With the “Ticket to Wellness”, which is available on the buses and at ASEAG ticket offices, you can go to the Carolus Thermen for 17.30 Euros (from the StädteRegion Aachen) and for 19.80 Euros (from the Heinsberg and Düren districts). There you can enjoy 3.5 hours of thermal bathing and then return home refreshed with the same ticket.*

 

You can of course extend your stay and also use the sauna for an additional charge when you check out.

ARRIVAL BY BIKE
& ON FOOT

You can reach us by bike from the direction of the city centre by taking Krefelder Straße and then simply turning into Passstraße. Follow the Passstraße and after approx. 700m you will find the Carolus Thermen on the right-hand side.

 

There are plenty of parking spaces for your bike right next to the entrance.

 

Of course. you can also get to the Carolus Thermen via the Stadtgarten. You are at the end of the Stadtgarten, seen from the Monheimsallee.
