Whether you want to consciously do something for your health or simply enjoy exercise in the water – our expertly guided aqua gymnastics are suitable for every age group and every fitness level.

Aqua gymnastics uses the natural resistance and buoyancy of the water and is therefore a very gentle, but at the same time also very effective way of exercising. The training in the warm mineral thermal water is easy on the joints and improves fitness and coordination, increases mobility, strengthens the muscles, promotes blood circulation – and is also a lot of fun!

Variable aqua gymnastics with special attention to the group of participants. Focus on strengthening, endurance and coordination, partly with and without aids.
