INDOOR INFUSTION SAUNA

Experienced sauna masters make the infusions a sensual experience.

 

The indoor infusion sauna is the largest sauna at Carolus Thermen and impresses with its magnificent view of the sauna lake and the sunbathing terrace. Take a seat, enjoy the dry heat that is evenly distributed throughout the room via the round, brick sauna stove – and let yourself be inspired by one of our regular infusion ceremonies.

ORGANIC HERBS SAUNARIUM

Aromas of selected organic herbs free the respiratory tract, relieve tension and care for the skin.

 

Feel the soothing effect on body and mind when a mixture of different organic herbs, essential oils and water evaporates from a copper kettle over the stone oven. A gentle but effective pleasure.

FOOT BASIN

In combination with the heat bench, a footbath promotes circulation, calms the nervous system and serves to reduce stress and promote relaxation.

 

Whether as a warm-cold alternating or soothing heat bath – thanks to the comfortable heat bench with well-tempered surface in the seat and back area, your foot bath before or between sauna sessions will be a real treat here.

FEMINARIUM

Would you like to indulge in sauna pleasure alone or with a friend? Then our Feminarium – where you can relax and unwind in an informal and undisturbed way – is just the thing for you.

 

 

A classic Finnish sauna, a mild steam bath, a heat bench with foot basin and a cosy relaxation area guarantee a special feel-good time.

 

Exclusively for ladies: Coffee grounds peeling in the steam bath – Daily at 12.30 p.m. and 8.30 p.m. (with advance reservation).

Highly recommended for a relaxing break between sauna sessions.

COLOURED LIGHT SAUNARIUM

The coloured light saunarium is a particularly gentle way of taking a sauna that is easy on the circulation.

 

An experience for all the senses: Relax and unwind with mild temperatures, pleasant humidity, delicately fragrant aromas and a fascinating play of light that – depending on the colour – has a stimulating or calming effect.

 

Yellow: The colour of the sun creates a cosy feeling, invigorates the mind and nerves and increases vitality.

Red: The colour of fire and love has a stimulating and inwardly invigorating effect, increases physical performance.

Blue: The colour of water promotes a look inside and has a calming and relaxing effect.

Green: The colour of nature provides balance between body and soul, calms the nerves and creates contentment and calm.
